Growing America’s Semiconductor Workforce

Living on the Edge
Chips, cracks, blemishes, and other defects on expensive glass panels can happen during manufacturing, in transit, while the product is in storage, or during the installation process. Our glass inspection solutions help remedy this problem.
Click the video below to see how our Panel Edge Profiler uncovers chips, cracks, and other abnormalities along the edge of your panels. And tells you in real-time if the anomaly fails to meet your quality standards.
k-Space Inside

k-Space recently hosted several thin-film researchers from the University of Michigan. They were eager to understand how our thin-film metrology tools will strengthen their research efforts. Along with a tour of our facilities, we gave them a look at some new tools and features we are working on.
k-Space is always happy to provide a tour of our facilities to our customers.
Expanding Our Presence in China

k-Space has expanded its partnership with GiantForce, our long-time sales distributor in China.
Along with product sales, GiantForce will now provide installation and training services in China for all k-Space thin-film metrology products. This will include k-Space products packaged with Veeco deposition chambers.
