k-Space Earns Readers’ Choice Award

k-Space was happy to accept the Readers’ Choice Award from USGlass Magazine for our Glass Breakage and Defect Detection solution. This customizable tool detects microscopic chips, cracks, defects, and other anomalies in glass panels. It can also detect sub-millimeter changes in panel thickness. One of several custom glass inspection tools we have in production facilities around the world.
New BandiT Installation Guide

The updated kSA BandiT user manual and the Installation & Set-up Guide are now available on the k-Space Knowledge Base.
The k-Space Knowledge Base is free to all k-Space customers. It contains troubleshooting tips, answers to FAQs, best practices, product manuals, and video tutorials.
Hands On

At k-Space, we take pride in building the very best metrology solutions. We collaborate closely with every customer, design, then build — and support — every system. And every employee contributes. Here, folks from Production and Engineering are helping put together a frame for a glass inspection tool. Look close. There’s even one of our physicist’s taking part.
Growing Michigan’s Semiconductor Workforce

k-Space was a corporate participant in the very first Semiconductor Day, a public-private partnership designed to attract new talent to Michigan’s growing semiconductor industry.
Soon after, we were asked by the event’s sponsor, Michigan Works, to conduct mock interviews for people who are set to be released this year from the Milan, Michigan FCI prison. Doug Knoll, Quality Manager, and Darryl Barlett, k-Space CEO, joined two other employers to conduct mock job interviews with 75 inmates preparing for release. A commitment to the community and our industry.
Got Mercury Argon?
We make our own Hg-Ar lamps here at k-Space. Did you know? Even better, our Hg-Ar ‘tube’ lamps are insensitive to temperature.

We also have a 3D print lab onsite to craft custom metrology parts and accessories. Contact our sales engineering team with your parts or accessories requests.
