Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, real-time data acquisition and analysis, SQL database generation and integration, go/no go determination with alarm status, PLC communication, light tower integration, bar code reading capabilities, photoeye and encoder triggering.

We have designed and customized tools for both clean-room and dusty production environments, adapting our tools and user interface as necessary to accommodate the industrial conditions. 

Often, k-Space is asked if we can integrate a metrology solution into an existing manufacturing environment. The answer is yes! Typically, this requires k-Space engineers to conduct one or more on-site visits to clearly define the requirements and limitations of the integrated system. In some cases, this can be done via telephone or video conferencing. Whether a system is built from scratch or integrated into existing manufacturing technology, k-Space always warranties its tools and provides unparalleled technical support. We perform installation and training for every tool, and we provide complete documentation (user manual, electrical and mechanical schematics, etc.).

We are also often asked if we can take a customer’s in-house system that is partially working and make it more robust or provide the necessary systems integration. The answer to this is also yes! In-house systems can you get you part way to where you want to be, but with a lack of valuable resources and engineers’ time, companies don’t always achieve exactly what they need. We can bridge that gap for you making the system that you need to achieve the results you want.
