ICMBE Tour & Dinner
This year’s ICMBE takes place in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the amazing city where k-Space was founded. To celebrate, k-Space is hosting a special tour of our headquarters in nearby Dexter, followed by dinner and drinks at Jolly Pumpkin, a favorite regional brewery (that’s conveniently located just across the street from our facility).
Tuesday, July 14, starting at 5pm.
Note: Response to the tour has been amazing. If you were placed on the waitlist by ICMBE staff, please email us directly and we will secure your spot.
Using Machine Learning to Uncover Missed Defects
k-Space has developed innovative new machine learning capabilities to help you identify very subtle defects and emerging quality issues that conventional rules-based vision systems often miss. Click here to see how this works.

Future Metrology Engineers

This spring, k-Space engineers Drs. Barry Wissman and Brenna Yorimoto (pictured) mentored University of Michigan MSE students on their thin-film metrology capstone project. Read about their work and download the students’ poster here.
