k-Space is a long-time support of the DGKK + DEMBE Workshop. The 2026 Epitaxy Workshop, formerly the DGKK + DEMBE Workshop, will be held November 25-27, 2026 in Buchholz near Freiburg, and is organized by Fraunhofer IAF. The workshop will feature scientific presentations on all topics related to epitaxy—including methods such as HVPE and sputter epitaxy—covering a broad variety of material classes (not restricted to III-V semiconductors), as well as an exhibition by industry partners.
