The kSA Color Measurement tool measures the actual RGB pixel value and matches it against the known RGB pixel value. Glass manufacturers can now be assured that every glass panel meets their unique color and tint requirements.
The kSA Color Measurement tool is simple to set-up and combines k-Space hardware and proprietary software to ensure both monochrome and color calibration. The RGB values are calibrated to known color Swatch standards. L*a*b* values can also be determined, and ultimately the tool provides an accurate measurement for absolute color values.
This new color measurement capability complements our existing glass defect and glass break detection tools and works with all our glass and solar panel metrology tools.
