Exciting news! k-Space has implemented FreshDesk, a new helpdesk suite to help us improve the quality of our already top-notch support to all our amazing customers.
k-Space is well known for its stellar support and we will continue to 100% manage, maintain, and fulfill all support issues. With FreshDesk, we will now benefit from improved tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools to better enable our team to keep issues visible and track support trends.
We have also hired a Technical Support Manager, Jason Owen, to oversee support efforts. He brings 20+ years of experience in support and support management to bolster the team.
